Because of our in-house manufacturing in the US, we can produce orders to meet most any deadlines, however, the fulfillment of orders depends on several factors including the products ordered, location of the recipient and shipping methods chosen at checkout. The majority of orders are individually packaged with our recycled craft paper packaging, however we frequently arrange with clients so that large orders have minimal packaging to reduce shipping weight and costs to them. We are currently working on implementing minimal packaging as an option on all orders. We do not offer custom printed packaging and would encourage you to kit our products for gifting in your own packaging if you'd like to personalize further.

We occasionally get requests to create our products in different sizing or material than is available which we unfortunately cannot offer. We don't accommodate one-off requests for many reasons as pricing, production process and quality standards are all indeterminate and we never want to send products out the door untested in our machinery, or without our staff clearly understanding the production standard. While we understand you may have unique needs, we do already offer an extensive array of sizing for adults and kids across our entire product portfolio, where appropriate.
