We always stand by our commitment to excellent product quality, however, because all items are made to order in the sizing and colors you select, we cannot honor returns or exchanges for any reasons other than manufacturing defects.

If there was an error in manufacturing your items, please email photographs of your products that need attention to team@knottytie.com and our service team will assist you.

Only ColorMatch Chart orders may be returned within 30 days. We offer free return shipping and we charge no restocking fee on these returns. Returns requested on all other products will not be accepted. To request a return, visit your Account.
