Because all suspenders are custom-made to specifications we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reasons other than manufacturing defects.

How do I start my custom photo design?
How do I start my custom photo design?
You can request custom designs easily here. We will ask you to upload your photo, select patterns you like, and choose the colors we use. You can also leave our designers additional notes about what you are looking for so they can hone in your designs to fit the look you are going for.
Once our designers have everything they need, you will receive free proofs in 1-2 business days. We will email you a link to your project page where you can view your proofs, request design changes, purchase test swatches, or place your order. You can also opt in to receive an SMS notification the moment your proofs are ready to view.
Your custom project page link will always remain active so you can order and reorder your designs whenever is convenient to you!

Once our designers have everything they need, you will receive your first proofs in 1-2 business days. If you request design revisions, those changes will be available to view in 1-2 business days.
We will email you once there are designs to review, and if you opt in, we can send you an SMS text message as well.

In order for photographs to print well on our products, the photo must be high resolution (300 dpi or more).

We accept high resolution images that are at least 300 dpi in .JPEG, .TIFF, or .PNG formats.

Yes, if you are a designer and have access to design softwares such as Adobe Illustrator, we can provide design templates to you. Please email us and we are happy to provide you the template to complete.
Once you have the design template completed, you can send that back to us and we will provide free proofs in 1-2 business days.

If you are trying to match to a specific color, we offer a ColorMatch Chart printed with over 500 colors so you can confirm and select the colors you need in person. Colors can look different on screen to how they print.
For large and first-time orders, we highly recommend verifying your colors by ordering printed swatches.
How will I know if my photo design will print clearly?

Our designers will alert you if they suspect there may be issues with print clarity. Some common concerns are due to low contrast in the colors used in your design, thin lines or fine details in the photo, or low resolution photos.
We encourage you to provide us with high resolution images to prevent some of these issues.
In the case you see an alert about these potential issues on your proofs, we highly encourage you to order swatches of the design before proceeding with your final order.

Swatches are test prints of your custom designs. suspender swatches are 2.75 inch squares of our suspender fabric printed with your custom designs.
Swatches help ensure that your printed photo is going to turn out clear and legible, and that the colors selected for your design are accurate in appearance.
You will be able to easily order custom swatches once we send you your first design proofs. We offer swatches at $3 per swatch. At checkout, you will be able to select between a photo swatch (free) and paid shipping options. If you select the photo option, a photograph of your printed swatches will be emailed to you. Once ordered, swatches are usually ready to photograph or ship in 3 business days.
Please note, to confirm colors you must have the swatch shipped to you as colors can look different from screen to screen.

25 products or less: estimated to ship in 7-10 calendar days
26-49 products: estimated to ship in 15 calendar days
50-999 products: estimated to ship in 30 calendar days
You can expect delivery to take an additional 2-5 days after shipment. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date with our standard turnaround options.
Need a guaranteed delivery date? For an additional rush fee, we also offer expedited turnaround times for orders shipping to the USA which guarantee delivery in 30, 20, 15, 10, or 7 calendar days from date of purchase*. See details here.

We offer standard turnarounds based on order size. You can expect delivery to take an additional 3-7 days after shipment, but delays may occur and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for any international orders.
