Is there a design fee to get started?

There is no fee to see designs or get started designing. For custom orders checking out, there is a one-time per order design fee of $20 that will be assessed on the order related to design support and artwork setup costs.

Is there bulk pricing for custom wedding orders?

Bulk pricing is available starting on orders of 5+ custom ties or other accessories and there is also a quantity break at 10 and 25. Bulk discounts are automatically applied at checkout and are shown in the design portal once you receive your designs.

How fast can you deliver?

Our manufacturing in the USA allows us to deliver to most US based customers in as fast as 7 days with our expedited service, and quickly to Canadian and International customers as well. Standard order production and shipping times are shown at checkout and vary based upon quantity being ordered and delivery location.

What is your return policy?

Custom designed products manufactured in your artwork with custom colors are not eligible for refunds or returns. We recommend ordering test swatches of your designs to confirm colors and print details prior to ordering.
