Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

1. Collection and Interception of Real-Time Communications
When you interact with our website's live chat, automated chatbots, or messaging features (collectively, the "Chat Services"), we and our third-party service providers collect and process the contents of your communications in real time.
Before any chat conversation begins, you will be presented with a notice describing this monitoring and recording, and asked to affirmatively agree before the conversation proceeds. By clicking "I Agree," you expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree that your communications—including text, files, and links transmitted—will be actively intercepted, monitored, recorded, and stored by us and our designated vendors (including Intercom, Inc.) for customer support, quality assurance, and analytics purposes.
2. Real-Time Monitoring Disclosures (All Visitors)
Pursuant to the Florida Security of Communications Act (FSCA), the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA), and other applicable state wiretapping and privacy laws, we provide the following disclosures regarding our Chat Services to all visitors, regardless of location:
- Real-Time Storage: All keystrokes, messages, and information transmitted through the Chat Services, once sent, are logged and stored.
- Third-Party Access: We utilize third-party infrastructure (including Intercom) to facilitate these communications. These third parties act as our data processors and have access to chat transcripts and metadata solely to provide their services to us.
- No Pre-Send Interception: We do not capture, view, or record text typed into the chat interface prior to you affirmatively pressing "Send" or otherwise transmitting the communication.
- Separate Browsing-Level Tracking: Independent of whether you open or use the Chat Services, our website uses Intercom's tracking technology to identify visitors and record general browsing activity (such as pages viewed) for analytics purposes. This browsing-level tracking is described in our Cookies section above and does not require the chat-specific consent described in this Addendum.
3. Consent and Opt-Out
Your use of our Chat Services requires your affirmative consent. Before a chat conversation begins, you will be asked to agree to the monitoring, recording, and third-party processing described in this Addendum.
- If you click "I Agree," your chat session will proceed, and your communications will be processed as described above.
- If you click "No Thanks," no chat content will be collected, transmitted to, or processed by us or our third-party vendors, and the chat session will end. You may restart the consent process at any time by selecting "Start Over."
- We maintain a record of your consent decision (accepted or declined), including the date and time, for our compliance records. Declining consent does not result in the collection of any chat content.
