Bulk pricing is available starting on orders of 5+ custom bow ties and there are also quantity breaks at 10,25, 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1000+.

There is no fee to see designs or get started designing. For custom orders checking out, there is a one-time per order design fee of $20 that will be assessed on the order related to design support and artwork setup costs.

Designs usually are available within a business day of requesting, assuming we've received complete design files and color information to work with. To expedite your design creation we work fastest with Pantone values and vector artwork. Also, please ensure you have permission to use the artwork you supply when you start your design.

Bow tie strap customization isn't visible when worn but adds a personal touch for the wearer and is possible on orders of 25+ bow ties. Customizations are prepared by your designer and printed to the strap. Please let us know when you start your design if you want a custom element on your custom bow tie order.

Unlike companies that use foreign factories with high minimums, there are no minimum orders at Knotty Tie. You can easily order just 1 or 1,000 of any design you want, easily mix and match designs and products or order a full production sample prior to placing a larger order. Our system is also great for reordering in case you need to add a few more items later on without having to place an unnecessarily large order.

Turnaround times vary based on products and quantities being ordered as well as where the order is shipping to. Our manufacturing in the USA allows us to deliver to most US based customers in as fast as 7 days with our expedited service, and quickly to Canadian and International customers as well. Standard order production and shipping times are shown at checkout and vary based upon quantity being ordered and delivery location.

Custom designed products manufactured in your artwork with custom colors are not eligible for refunds or returns. We recommend ordering test swatches of your designs to confirm colors and print details prior to ordering. For large orders, we also recommend ordering a sample of your design as well.
