How the custom design process works
Submit a design request.
Begin by filling out our simple, user-friendly form. It takes less than 6 minutes to complete. Have your logo, artwork, or inspirational images handy to upload and give our design team more insight into your vision.

Not sure what you want your custom scarves to look like? Browse our stock gallery of unique designs we created for inspiration or pick a pre-made option that aligns with your event or branding. Alternatively, you can submit a description of your dream design, and our team will help bring it to life!
Get your colors right.
Use our Knotty Tie ColorMatch Chart to find a good match in person or choose from Pantone-coated and uncoated values to ensure your custom scarves matches perfectly with your branding, attire, or event.
Review your project page.
From the time you submit your custom request, you should receive your first set of custom design proofs in 1-2 business days. They will be sent over to you in an email with a link to your "project page". From your project page you can:
• See product pricing and shipping info by clicking on the pricing and shipping tab within each design.
• Request design revisions by using the request changes button and describing the changes you want to see made to each design.
• Order test swatches by clicking the "order swatches" button within each design. We offer options to have photos of your swatches emailed to you if you are in a time crunch or you can have physical swatches mailed to you.
