Custom Step & Repeat 1 Logo Pocket Square

You can request custom designs easily here. We will ask you to upload your logo, select patterns you like, and choose the colors we use. You can also leave our designers additional notes about what you are looking for so they can hone in your designs to fit the look you are going for.

Once our designers have everything they need, you will receive free proofs in 1-2 business days. We will email you a link to your project page where you can view your proofs, request design changes, purchase test swatches, or place your order. You can also opt in to receive an SMS notification the moment your proofs are ready to view.

Your custom project page link will always remain active so you can order and reorder your designs whenever is convenient to you!

Once our designers have everything they need, you will receive your first proofs in 1-2 business days. If you request design revisions, those changes will be available to view in 1-2 business days.

We will email you once there are designs to review, and if you opt in, we can send you an SMS text message as well.

You must have permission to use a logo on custom designs with us. When you submit your design request, you will be asked to verify you have permission and will be asked to submit the logo file in vector format.

Knotty Tie Co. respects the intellectual and creative properties of other artists and will not print any content that is owned without expressed written permission allowing us to do so from the copyright or trademark holder. This includes (and is not limited to) fictional characters, company or sports team logos, school or university logos, and artwork not classified as public domain. For more, see Knotty Tie Co. File Formats

We highly prefer vector formats such as .AI, .SVG, .EPS or .PDF. Vector files allow us to increase or decrease the scale of your logo without it starting to look fuzzy or blurry. This will ensure your design looks its best when printed on any of our products. 

We can also accept high resolution images that are at least 300 dpi in .JPEG, .TIFF, or .PNG formats.

Outline Format for Text

When sharing a design file, it is important that all text be put into outline format. Outline format converts text into a shape, so that any person you send the file to can open and use the file even if the computer they are using does not have that exact font file in its library.

Here is how how to create outlines in Adobe Illustrator: 
1) Select (highlight) the text in your document.
2) From the Menu, go to Type > Create Outlines.
3) Save and send file!

Artwork Terms of Use

​If you provide us with original artwork or visual assets, we respect your intellectual and artistic property and your assets will not be used for any other application without your permission.

When Knotty Tie creates original artwork for your custom design at your request, the artwork is owned by Knotty Tie and can be used for other applications.

Yes, if you are a designer and have access to design softwares such as Adobe Illustrator, we can provide design templates to you. Please email us and we are happy to provide you the template to complete.

Once you have the design template completed, you can send that back to us and we will provide free proofs in 1-2 business days.

There are a few different ways to ensure the colors match your needs.

You can provide us Pantone values to use in your design. We can match hundreds of coated and uncoated Pantones.

If you do not have specific Pantones to match to, we also offer a ColorMatch Chart printed with over 500 colors so you can confirm and select the colors you need in person.

For large and first-time orders, we highly recommend verifying your colors with a custom sample of your designs or by ordering printed swatches.

Our designers will alert you if they suspect there may be issues with print clarity. Some common concerns are due to low contrast in the colors used in your design, thin lines or fine details in the logo, or low resolution logo files.

We encourage you to provide us vector files for your logo to prevent some of these issues.

In the case you see an alert about these potential issues on your proofs, we highly encourage you to order swatches of the design before proceeding with your final order.

Swatches are test prints of your custom designs. Pocket square swatches are 2.75 inch squares of fabric printed with your custom designs.

Swatches help ensure that your printed photo is going to turn out clear and legible, and that the colors selected for your design are accurate in appearance.

You will be able to easily order custom swatches once we send you your first design proofs. We offer swatches at $3 per swatch. At checkout, you will be able to select between a photo swatch (no additional cost) and paid shipping options. If you select the photo option, a photograph of your printed swatches will be emailed to you. Once ordered, swatches are usually ready to photograph or ship in 3 business days.

Please note, to confirm colors you must have the swatch shipped to you as colors can look different from screen to screen.

26-49 products: estimated to ship in 15 calendar days

You can expect delivery to take an additional 2-5 days after shipment. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date with our standard turnaround options.

Yes, we ship custom logo pocket squares internationally with UPS Expedited service. ​

We offer standard turnarounds based on order size. You can expect delivery to take an additional 3-7 days after shipment, but delays may occur and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for any international orders.
